This is an exceptional essential oil, able to counteract a wide range of microbes, fungi, bacteria, and viruses. Studies have proven that it acts effectively in reducing blood sugar levels while manifesting a great antioxidant activity in the oxidation of lipoproteins in the blood serum. USE
As a decoction, boil a teaspoon of oregano for a couple of minutes. Strain and drink while warm. Add honey if desired.

External use: An oregano decoction in bathtub water can soothe and stimulate (boil 100grms of oregano in 1 liter of water).
